The shipping and handling fee is $10.00 + $1.00 for additional items. But this is in the United States. For international shipping, it is $15.00 + $2.00 for additional items.

When you send me the item to return. It has to be in unworn condition! Or you will not get an exchange!

We will not exchange for any of these reasons:

1. Damage due to customer
2. Change of mind

We will not make returns for cash! You can get another shoe of that brand. Or you can get a shoe of a different brand. But it has to be the same price.
